Accommodations
All bedrooms are fully furnished and include twin bed, nightstand, desk and chair, dresser, and closet. Four-bedroom apartments have two semi-private bathrooms.
Living rooms are comfortably furnished with sofa, sofa chair, coffee table and end table. Every apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher and stove-top oven as well as built-in dinette table with chairs.
Telephone service, microwave, dishes and utensils are not provided. All facilities are air conditioned and non-smoking.
Linens
Guests are required to bring their own linens.
Meeting Facilities
University Court offers a variety of meeting facilities to make your event an enjoyable and productive experience. Our Clubhouse includes modular seating, kitchenette, wireless Internet, and a 50” plasma television perfect for videos and PC presentations. An outdoor pavilion and ample green space is available for outdoor activities.

Recreation Facilities
Your group will enjoy full access to our recreation facilities including swimming pool, hot tub, sand volleyball court, basketball half-court and barbeque pavilion. Too warm outside? Our Clubhouse is the perfect place to lounge and watch a movie on our 50” plasma television.
